Very Disrespectful: MY wife recently took our computer there to be fixed. She dropped it off an a Monday. Sher called Tuesday when she got off work to see what they had found out. She was told that I already told you it would be 3-5 days before i can look at it. My wife said I realize this was hoping maybe you got a chance ot look at it. My husband is in Iraq and this is our only form of communcation. She was then tols oh so you just need it to check your e-mail? You can check that anyhwhere besdies if he has that much time on his hands he muxt have a desk job there. We used there service before and was happy with there work and what they did. Figured we would go back this time plus it is convient for my wife. After hearing this we will never go back there again. As I will never recomend this place to anyone.
