Renaissance Bridals is exactly what you think of when you picture the perfect bridal salon. It is located in a historic row home and has such an elegant Victorian feel to it. I was lucky enough to "swing by" one day while driving through York, PA and they allowed me to try on dresses. John asked me a few questions about what I pictured myself in and then went and found dresses that were perfect for me. They all were gorgeous and fit so well I had a hard time making a decision, but fell in love with the first one I saw on the mannequin upon entering the store. I found the whole process was a little overwhelming, so I will be back in a few weeks. Both Jon and the women there have a great eye for what dresses will flatter your body shape and they all make you feel so comfortable. You can trust their honest opinion and don't feel like they are just trying to sell you any old dress. I truly had one of the most personal bridal experiences at this store after shopping for dresses in multiple states. I'm looking forward to visiting them again in a few weeks!

I just bought my gown from Renaissance yesterday! It was the first bridal shop I went to. I had never tried on gowns before. I walked in and was greeted by the owner, John, who was very nice to me and all of the ladies who came with me. He introduced me to Deborah, who would help me find my gown. She was so lovely. I gave her a very brief description of what I like and dislike. You could see her thinking as I was talking to her. She pointed to a gown on a mannequin, and I said I didn't really care for it, but would try it on. She told me that it was perfect for my body shape and I would love it. Well, it was the very first gown I put on and I fell in love with it! She was right, the dress was meant for me! It seemed as if she knew exactly what I wanted. I did try on about 12 other gowns, just in case I liked something better. All of the gowns were lovely, but I knew that the first one was for me. Deborah and John made my guests and I feel so welcomed. I felt beautiful every step of the way! I was never rushed and never talked "down" to. John and Deborah helped me to fnd the perfect veil and jewelry as well. It was a phenomenal experience that I will remember forever. I cannot say enough good things about Renaissance! They are top-notch, professional and classy. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I always have the most wonderful experience while shopping at Renaissance Bridals! I drive from out of state to shop at Renaissance because I know they will always come thru with the perfect gown for my upcoming pageant. I have been competing for many years and have won many state and national titles in my gowns from Renaissance. I not only buy my gowns but also my interview suits, swimsuits and fashion wear. Thank you to Jon and Beth and their incredible staff for always making me feel beautiful and giving me that winning edge!
