User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI found their name on the West Caln website for Trash providers, but when I called, they said that they don't serve my address. I'm well into West Caln so apparently they don't actually service much of the township...

Horrible! Have a weekly service plan but so far they have missed my house five times this year. I am told to have the can out the night before, which I always have, and to call in the late AM if the driver does not pick up the trash. Why should I have to keep tabs on the trash hauler's job? POOR service! Very disappointed. I am now looking to change to competitor which always gave perfect service. Is it that hard to pick up trash every week???

Great Service!: They are a great bunch of people. During one of the storms, the wind knocked our recycling out of the container. My husband went out to pick it up and the gentlemen on the truck helped him get it all cleaned up. Thanks so much.
