compared to what? if you like sausage that is basically very lean and has very little seasoning you will love this sausage, but there are hundreds of ethnic blends of sausage, and whether or not you deem it best will depend on your background. Saying it is the the best fresh sausage in the country is like saying to someone in the army, "Did you know Joe?"
