    I am very upset with this store. I layed away an item and when I went to pick it up they had other furniture piled on top of it. The woman dragged the furniture across the item I was buying while scratching up the piece.Also she pulled it out and slammed my piece of furniture into another piece of furniture in the layaway warehouse. I decided then that I did not want it. They refused to give me my money back. The owner of the shop ripped me off $60.00. I do not plan on shopping here again. Very poor customer service. I bought alot of stuff here in the past and sent alot of friends here. I plan on telling everyone I know about my experience. Shame on you Diane Keener for ripping the public off in this economy.

    I was very impressed with the merchandise ... beautiful, stylish pre-owned furniture and accessories. Inventory changes quite frequently, so one must check back often. Check here before buying in a regular furniture store!
