User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsPandora is a little confused ~ she is talking about the village tavern. the hilltop is a bar, not a restaurant. they do serve SOME food, but do not have italian meals.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best food in Lock Haven: Wonderfully fantastic delicious homemade Itallian food at a decent price. (I highly recommend the cheese ravioli with meatballs!) I also recommend that you make a reservation, especially on a Friday or Saturday night - it's a packed house. Bar on premesis.
