Golden Crust Pizza

Bland pizza: Jersey Shore has a problem: the citizens are used to bland, tasteless food which lacks seasoning and zest.

Golden Crust Pizza exemplifies that. Boring, bland pizza. I can't imagine how they stay in business. You could take Golden Crust Pizza and Pizza2Go, set them both side by side, and say both are extremely safe, bland pizza. Seasoning? No thanks, that's their motto!

The sauce has a slightly flavor, slightly sweet, but that is the only thing I notice when eating it. The toppings are acceptable, and the crust on the pizza we had wasn't bad (again, it was 'nothing special'). The sauce, which could make or break the pizza, just sat there. I'm unimpressed.

I'm partial to Parks Pizza, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. However...looking for pizza in Jersey Shore? ...don't bother!!!

Good Pizza, Large Delivery Area: GCP has been my favorite place for years. Owners just recently bought a place uptown, so they've added a bit to the menu. Great prices, great pizza. Delivery to Oval, Jersey Shore, Antes Fort, Avis (about a 10-15 mi radius).
