This Monday they shut off my cable because they said they did not receive my payment, when last Wednesday on my way out of town I made a point of going over there and handing the lady my payment. The woman on the phone kept saying you must have slipped your payment under the door and I told her I had a had written receipt from their office! She just kept arguing with me basically calling me a lire. That is really bad customer service if you ask me.

The woman who works behind the counter will NOT anwser the phones and if you go in she is rude as they come. Twice now they have turned off my cable and after it gets shut off three days later you will get a bill when I try to explain to the the lady that this happens she says that it isnt her problem very soon I will be switching to direct tv because of the shitty attitude this woman has. Dont wate your time by going here.
