My California drivers licence expired last Friday. I had done the renewal online in September. I didn't receive my new licence in the mail so I went to the DMV office here in California. I was told there was an old suspension from Pennsylvania. I spoke to PENDOT and was told to mail in a $25.00 fee and my suspension would be lifted. PENDOT also said it would take 12 days to process. Pendot recommended I try AAA or other tag agency to see if they would make the direct payment for me.
To make a long story short, AAA would only do it if I came to their office in person. I got the same story from several other Auto Tag places of business in Philadelphia.
I have maintained contact with our family attorney in Easton, PA and looked for someplace close to his office that might accept a power of attorney. The closest one to his office was Bev's Auto Tags In Bethlehem, PA.
I spoke to Natasha, she took my infomation, looked it up and took care of my suspension over the phone. Incredible!!!
