Went here to do a complete title transfer and get registration and a new license plate. It took well over the 90 days they promised to receive my registration and sticker. I searched them on the Better Bussiness Bureau and found they have a D- rating.

Without knowing the details of your transaction, I can only say that transactions that exceed the 90 day term are generally due to a rejection where the state needs additional verification or documentation from the customer. The majority of our transactions are well within the 90 day period. With regard to the rating provided by the BBB, the Better Business Bureau is a for profit organization. We choose not to subscribe and without subscription, do not recieve the same courtesies as a subscriber with regard to maintaining current information.
