I thank God every day because not everyone can say that they get to go to work and truly enjoy what they do. My wife and I opened Convenience Collision, Inc. in 2001 and I thought that I would just be fixing cars, but as the years have pasted by I believe I get more pleasure from serving our customers. I brought my 2010 calaber to cca to get my bumper fixed ..Matthew and his lovely wife were very easy to work. With there rent a car was very nice ..new...clean..the shop and waiting area were clean and modern..and my car looked better then new ....but unfortuntly we got screwed around by the paying ins co. Mat worked with me and we settle....I Do Highly Recommend this body shop
Repaired my 2009 Scion XB after a small accident with a telephone pole. Matt Zielenbach and his staff at Convenience Collision are professional, courteous, and very talented at repairing cars. My Scion XB looks better than it did before the accident. Matt worked with my insurance agency and made my wife and I extremely comfortable with the repair process. I can not thank Matt and his Staff enough for the quality work that was completed in a short time. This place is clean! It didn't have the smell of gas or motor oil as other places I have visited. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. The owner Matt takes the time to explain the problem and present you the solution. He was very professional, and flexible with time. I went into his shop for a simple oil change on my BMW, but as I engaged him in conversation, I became more confident in his abilities, and understanding in many aspects of my car. I requested more work to be performed on the car while I was there, and he didn't have any problem performing them. First impression go far with me, and Matt was on top of his game and his team of guys were each focused on their task, and the language was professional between them (at least in my presence). If you want to experience honesty, excellent work, at a reasonable rate, then I advice you to visit this place and ask for Matt. I would have liked to have seen a mini fridge with free water...
