Always ready to go to the Apollo: Food is great, daily soups are outstanding, portions are just right. Service is unbelievable, the staff strives for perfection, The flavor is NYC without the uppity attitude. Head and shoulders above anything else downtown or for that matter in the valley.

A Bethlehemites favorite (but not me): I've been blessed to have a more than one circle of friends....and one set of them swears by the place.

Where this is in downtown Bethlehem, there are a lot of options to eat, but this place always seems to have a crowd.

I've eaten there 1/2 dozen times. Honestly can say I've never had a bad meal, and the food seems fresh.

Not necessarily cheap OR expensive by any means, but you will find you can get a turkey club, as well as filet mignon.

If you believe in the fact that you get what you pay for, this probably falls into that catagory; you might pay a few bucks more, but the food does seem quality.

BTW...service was pretty good too. Et Al...the servers / waiters know their role is to keep people happy....and they bust hump to do it

Is it my favorite place? My verdict isnt in just yet....but if for whatever reason I was told I was going to eat there, I would know that I'm probably going to spend a buck or two, but that I probably woudn't have any complaints.
