    AWESOME SALES & SERVICE!!! I am not sure what the asinine character whom left the below review is talking about! Stay away, away from what? Auto Sound RULES! I have had nothing but positive and productive service bringing my 2 vehicles to Auto Sound Plus. My friend recommended them a few years back and I never went back to the shop I used to do business with in N.J. All of the the mechanics at Auto Sound are friendly and have it happening when it comes to installs. For the past couple years I got to know a couple of the installers. Nate the guy who runs the place is a cool dude. All you do is see Nate running around that shop like the Taz. He's a a$$ kicking hard worker, knows the trade very well. To be honest, he runs the show there. He's never steered me wrong, always a professional and always keeps me up to date with new products. You know what they say, when you tried the rest you stick with the best! Hence, Auto Sound Plus!
    I guess some people are just ill-educated to notice quality!

    Stay away from this place! Their website says they aren't happy unless you're happy...that's a joke! I had my windows tinted there and had to go back 3 different times to get them fixed. The third time the storeowner refused to help me even though he knew the job could have been done better. He told me the job I received was 90%, and that he wouldn't honor his own policy. I vowed to never go there again, until recently. I needed to have tires installed on my car and they were the most convenient place. I purchased the tires online and had them delivered there, against my better judgment. The install took over 1 1/2 hours, the tech was rude when I had questions, and they didn't call me to advise me the car was done. To top it off, they didn't even balance the tires! So at 50 mph the car had major vibration. When I called to tell them that I was coming back in to have them balanced the guy tried to set me up with an appointment four days later. Unacceptable! I'll just pay to have it done elsewhere. Consistently horrible service from this place!!!

    fortunately, I am concerned about my reputation and customer service. Satisfaction is very important to me!!! But, sometimes, no matter what you do, some people are just not happy. these select few are bitter about their own personal problems and take it out on everyone else. especially the people they deal with in the public. They usually cut you off on the highway, or give you the finger if you arent driving the way they want you to. I would hate to be awaiter or waitress for them. to adress the 2 issues, their was nothing wrong with the tint job, it had to do with the dot matrix on the back window from the vehicle manufacturer. at the top of the glass for 2 inches, there was little dots on the factory glass. This was done to keep the glass from breaking in large peices on a passenger in the rear seat if an accident occured. The tint cannot stick to the glass in between the dots like the customer wanted. It was not comming off, it just looked a lighter shade of gray than the the rest of the glass. offered to put vinyl over it but cust. refused. he came back for tires, and was told he had a bent rim on the rear right. Balance was done as best as could be, but a vibration occured at 65-70 mphs. suggested new rim, and cust. stated we didnt know what we are doing. Why did he come back? My shop is only in business for 10 years this year. He is right, we dont know what we are doing after 10 years. I suggest he go to wal-mart. He will definatly get the best service!!

    I had problems with my '92 Miata's electrical system, related to an after-market installation of an alarm. The staff figured out and fixed the problem, one that many previous mechanics could not identify, and charged me only $65 for the work.
    They will definitely get my business again.
