Horrible, horrible, horrible. Contacted them about warranty work on my 2009 Tacoma two weeks after I bought it. Called 4 times, and was promised 4 call backs. They never happened. One of those calls I spoke directly with the Customer Service Manager, Troy, who swore he'd call me back. I've yet to hear from him. Do yourself a favor and buy/service somewhere else.
We went to Milham to do research, not to buy. We met Anthony, the rest is history as we soon drove off the lot in a 2008 RAV4. Not only is Anthony knowledgeable about Toyota, but he is a straight shooter and we appreciated that very much. We respected Anthony so much, we stopped looking and bought. Everyone at Milham was total professionalism - Kyle handled the financing end painlesslessly and Norm introduced us to Service. We got a good feel from the dealership and were impressed by how busy they were in these tough times. All in all, a top rate dealership and the most enjoyable experience we've had purchasing a new car.
I PURCHASED 2 VEHILES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP A 2008 COROLLA AND A 2008 CAMRY. THE COROLLA HAD A BROKEN GAS RELEASE LEVER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS WAS NOT NOTICED WHEN THEY FILLED THE GAS TANK. MY PROBLEMS GOT WORSE. I HAD A OIL CHANGE ON SATURDAY AND THYE DID NOT PUT THE PIN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OIL PAN ON RIGHT AND WHEN I GOT TO WORK NOTICED ALL MY OIL WAS DRAINING. THIS COULS HAVE CAUSED MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE. I WILL SEE IF THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS OR I NEED TO SEEK OTHER METHODS. I AM NOW CONCERNED THAT A BRAND NEW 30,000 CAR MIGHT NOT RUN RIGHT? TELL ME IF YOU WOULD TRUST BUYING A CAR NEVER MIND 2 CARS THERE?
