I usually hate dealing with sales people, particularly car salespeople. However, I must say the salesperson I dealt with at Brown-Daub Chrysler Jeep was excellent .... He was unassuming, courteous, laid-back, and best of all - patient. Not what I expected in a salesperson - especially a car sales person.
After we pretty much we made up our minds and decided on a car, we noticed that our salesperson was a Master Salesperson (awards since 1997). It was no wonder ... he made it easy to buy a car from him and was a pleasure to deal with ... easy-going, no pressure ... (we hate buying cars by the way ... I am on my 8th car ... wife on her 3rd car) ... the car was for the wife. The business manager (contract guy) was also very honest in his dealing with us ... and we did buy an extended warranty for this car. If I buy another car, I will come back to Brown-Daub ... I have no prior connection to this dealer and am just a regular consumer. We appreciate the fair shake and honest dealing.
If you are in the market for a car, do visit this dealer and ask for Dennis Magditch and for Carl Sobohl.
This dealership was the worst place to get my PT Cruiser fixed, first they charged me $600 to fix my air conditioning unit then after a couple of weeks it stop working and now they want to charge me $1200 fix it again. Brown Daub Chrysler jeep over charges everything and doesnât even fix your vehicle correctly. And if they cant even fix cars properly why buy a car from them, your better of with a Toyota

I could totally see that happening here! I'm sure we both learned our lessons dealing with that place and hopefully our reviews will keep people from purchasing vehicles from this '5 Star Dealer'!
Look fellas - you are talking about the service dept - sales is a different dept and I found the sales dept to be eager to serve, as that is their function. No problems with them, they are great. Service dept is a joke. Even in Wind Gap they rip you off for whatever they can. Being ASE, they could not fool me (not that they did not try). I will buy from them, where they make a little bit of honest profit, but never go there for any service (maybe, just maybe in a pinch I would get the oil changed there, if I HAD to - but nothing else).
