User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst Best Buy in the Country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Had a problem with my laptop and went to customer service to get it taken care of. No one in the department available for about one half an hour! Other customers were screaming to Employees and asking if anyone was working this department. Some employees simply said they didn't work there, and others looked as if they were hiding. After finally getting to speak to the General Manager I was treated very poorly, my problem was not resolved, and the manager was rude. However,I called Best Buy Customer service 800 number Hotline who were very friendly, and helpful. Most of my family and friends have shopped there and bought expensive ticket items . I will not return to this location, and will encourage others not to shop here, even if I have to drive to another location or a competitor.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Buy Store: This store is home away from home for me. I love this store it has everything from appliances to electronics. They have their own computer install and repair service there. Huge selection and they have the Reward Zone program, great deals and reasonable prices. Staffing could be upped some due to the volume of people that go there. They do however their best to get to you and they stick with you until your needs are met and they will answer all your questions. They have a huge selection of music and movies. The computer games could be a little more stocked up on the shelves, the video games selection is organized well, it's the line and wait that can get to be bothersome at times. They do however have plenty of staff working registers. The parking is not only in the front but on the side also which at times can both be packed. They do have their own car sterio shop there in the back. You do however need to watch for the enterance way you can miss it easily unless you see a line of cars exiting from the store. All in all though I personally think this place has great deals and reasonable prices.
