    Used them once to clean a comforter. The piping on the edges came out "crispy" as if it was overdried, or the chemicals not rinsed out properly. Last time I will use them. Not very friendly, either.

    Poor service, ruined an item we took in, they saw they had ruined it and laid the blame elsewhere, would not even refund the cleaning costs. Will never use again.
