    The chicken sausage is absolutely fantastic. My favorites are the Apple Cinnamon breakfast sausage and the Mango and Feta, but I also love the Apricot Jalapeno and anything else hot. I love the concept of mixing fruit in with the meat. It really works.
    I like to eat the sausage grilled with grilled veggies-yellow squash, red peppers, onions and garlic.
