User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe people at Nazareth music seem friendly and are helpful for items that you need at the store. However, their instrument repair and service is lacking. I brought my instrument in for a very minor repair. After a few days I decided to call to see how long it would be till my instrument was repaired. I was told that it would take a week. I was okay with that but I could not go past that seven days.
When day six came I call the store to find out if they had started on my instrument since they had not told me all that needed to be done at this time. I was very shocked when I was told that no one had looked at my instrument and that I should come to the store and pick up my instrument because they did not know when they would be able to get to my instrument.
I will never go back there for anything now.
