   Cramped seating, slow service and mediocre food. The BBQ shrimp consisted of 6 grilled shrimp with BBQ sauce poured over it. I expected something a little better prepared for $13. It took almost an hour and a half to serve our party of 15... too long, since they were expecting us. May be a special place in the Scranton area, but I don't think a New Yorker or someone from a metro area would be impressed.

   If you get a pasta dish, you get about a pound of pasta. When you order a shrimp dish, you get 4-5 shrimp, and 1/2 pound of pasta. The red sauce tasted like a mix between tomato soup and spaghetti o's. The chicken parm was average, desserts were decent sizes and well done. Service was adequate, but it seemed like it was a much larger place then it actually was.

   My favorite restaurant!: Rossi's is my ultimate favorite eatery. The food is excellent and the portions are huge. I always have another meal with what was left. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The service is great. I have even put on small dinner parties with their takeouts and have always pleased my guestw with the food and selection.
