User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe were amazed to find this wonderful restaurant in rural Pennsylvania.
We were so impressed with the setting, service, food, and owners, that we celebrated our first wedding anniversary there, hosting a party for 25 people.
We couldn't have been happier with how it went. The food was authentic Indian and fit for a king or queen! The service was impeccable. And the price was right.
This is a gem in the rough, well worth the drive. We plan to take regular outings to this part of the state (ski trips, foliage, summer getaways) and we'll be back. Don't miss it!-

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we were in the Poconos for the weekend. The weather was perfect and we had made reservations at Pangea Restaurant for dinner. I am a vegetarian and a picky eater. We were a group of 8 all with varied tastes. Let me tell you what a good time we had at Pangea. The decor is very inviting and warm. The staff was very polite and I could see they were genuine. The food - right from the appetizers to the dessert was wonderful.
We had tandoori items, fish, chicken and vegetarian for me. The taste was authentic and prices reasonable. It was a perfect celebration for us! Thank you. -

The food at pangea is excellant. I went with friends, I had never been there before. Being a local in the area, I really dont know why I hadnt made the effort to try something new. I had a wonderful experience. There is live music (on the weekends) which filled the place with energy. The waitstaff was very friendly. There are so many choices of what can eat. So great!I would definetely add this on a must to go place for dinner with family and friends!
