THIS BUILDING IS A GREAT PLACE TO READ THE PAPER, A GOOD BOOK OR JUST RELAX.THE PERSONNEL FOR THE MOST PART ARE VERY FRIENDLY,WELL VERSED IN LIBRARY PROCEDURES,ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP OUT.THE BUILDING IS ULTRA-MODERN WITH GREAT LIGHTING--COMFORTABLE CHAIRS AND A MULTITUDE OF GREAT BOOKS AND VIDEOS.
