User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars"The Perkins in Scranton is a lot better.....: than it was a few years ago. The service is great, the food is excellent, and you get a good value. Before I went back, I would've only given it three stars, for rude service and poor food preparation, but now, I think it is one of the best places to eat out .
