    Good job: I didn't think I would ever find anyone to fix my typewriter....but Jay's came to my rescue! Not only did they fix my machine but they also provided me with information on other office machines. They are very friendly and helpful!

    Excellent Customer Service: I called Jay's in hopes they could help me with repairing my analog copier. They were so informative and helpful! You can't call many places and actually talk to an actual person, so I was surprised to have my call handled after a couple rings by a very plesant associate. They not only repaired my old copier but also gave me great pricing on some new digital machines that I am considering upgrading to. I am very happy with my experience and will definately continue to do business with them!!! :)

    The Worst: I took my fax machine to Jay's for service. Finally after 3 weeks I received it back and it's still broken. I won't take my company's equipment here ever again. If something breaks I'd rather go "Office Space" on it then give it to Jays!!
