User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOne place I always make sure to visit...: I don't live in the Scranton area, however from my first visit up there til now, anytime I go there, I love to stop in at the Windsor Inn. Their wings are top notch, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill, and you can tell that the owners care about their customers. Honestly, I have not tried anything else on the menu, aside from the wings (classic hot of course) and volcano fries (maybe the greatest combination with food). I can't wait for my next visit so I can induldge in an order of wings again.
