User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood stock, good service department.: When I was looking for a new truck in 2000, I tried every Ford dealer in the Wyoming Valley area Barber Ford had the best stock. They were also able to give me the best price. After the sale, their service department was quite good about fixing things. My truck was subject to the great Firestone tire recall, and it did take them a bit of time to get replacement tires, but to be fair, this was a massive recall that caught Ford Motor Company unprepared.
Even after the warranty had expired, Barber Ford fixed some items on my truck at their expense. For many repairs, the cost at Barber Ford is less than that of an independent mechanic, a rare find these days.
