Northeast PA best kept secret: We've had a property in the Poconos for the last 15 years and we can't go there and not eat at Kay's. Place is extraordinary: excelent food, great service and very good prices. Everything homemade!!! Just visiting here is worth the trip from Puerto Rico, where I live.
