Jim Murray's is a small shop without the big dollars of NA Warhorse. NA Warhorse can afford to stock literally hundreds of motorcycles in their new building in Dunmore, PA, but on many of their new bikes, if you're look carefully, you'll see below the MSRP $, a note that says "Dealer Prep" charge is $100 to $200, others have no prep charge. That said, Murray's does offer certain bikes at MSRP if you look, depending on which bike you're after. Some are in fact over MSRP by a one to a few hundred, but that's part of what negotiating price is about, a cushion to work with for the dealer and customer.
Murray's has always given me great service regarding parts, repairs and so on, as well as my friend's who shop there. The prices are higher than if you shop online for instance, but that's true of most places.
If you're looking for friendly, personal service from a small shop, I recommend Jim Murray's Kawasaki. On the same hand, if you're looking for solid service from a larger dealership like NA Warhorse, which stocks Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati and more, they'll be a good choice too.
If you purchased a bike at this dealer you must like wasting money check the MSRP of the bike before purchasing at Murray's they are selling them for more then suggested so take a nice 5min drive to North America Warhorse and save hundreds maybe even thousands.
My New Brute Force 650 4x4i is great i even paid with taxes less then want Murray's wanted without taxes. Can't wait to see how long they stay in business.
