Avoid Burne Honda. Their salesman promised specific terms via e-mail and a follow-up phone call. I set up an appointment and picked out a specific car that day; he e-mailed right back to say that 'the programs had changed;' but when I called, he mentioned nothing about the 'programs,' instead claiming he had accidently included a previous customer's down payment in calculating my deal--resulting in an additional $25 / month.

This was a clever, but hardly original version of bait and switch. I e-mailed the manager and the owners no fewer than 4 times, asking them to honor the original deal. They ignored me.

It's one thing when a salesman uses dishonest tactics, but it's more disturbing when management looks the other way and won't set things right. Avoid Burne Honda.
