We bought our house a year ago. We were referred to Michael Gratz by our real estate agent. We were told out policy was $500.00 a year so we wrote them a check. They did not show up at our closing which we were told he would be there. 2 months after closing we got a bill for another $164.00. We called several times. Never got a call back. sent him a check for the additional money. When it came up for renewal, we got a bill for $732.00. Again we called several times. Never heard anything! Went down to AAA. Same coverage $462.00 a year. Called to cancel, never got a call back. They took $732.00 from our Escrow. Now trying to get the money back! Very unreliable. What if something happened to our house. Where would we be then? takes your money then wants nothing to do with you! Thanks for nothing..
