Never a problem in many years. The staff that works there is terrific. I go in the evening also to do laundry and the boys there are great.

Terrible experience! I took in a very nice, expensive sweater to be cleaned and not only did they lose it AND charge me to have it cleaned, but it is 2 months later and I still have not been issued a reimbursement check! Every time I call, I am told it will be taken care of, but I can never get a follow up call or any information. I will NOT be going back!!!
