User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAnother chain ruined by Wyoming Valley cooks: Perkins is another favorite chain of mine to eat at while traveling, so I tried the Perkins off of Route 81. I ordered chicken and it came to me totally dried out and tasteless. Items ordered by my friends were not a whole lot better.
Figuring that the cook might have had a bad day, we tried the location again a month later. In any experiment, you want to try to hold all variables constant, so I ordered the same chicken dish. Same dry tasteless chicken. The same chicken dish that was always juicy and tender at the Perkins that I stop at in the Western part of Pennsylvania.
After months of searching we did find some good low cost restaruants. Read my other reviews for details.
