User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe called and asked to move our reservation and were told we could not. Understandable for a Saturday night. We get there and end up not being seated until the time we wanted to move our reservation to anyway! (And only because we asked what the wait was about.) The hostess was rude. Our reservation was for 8, seated at 8:30, our drink order was quick. Then we sat for about 15 minutes before they took our order. The sushi and appetizers came out at the same time. So half of our party was done eating while the others were waiting for the hibachi chef to appear at 9:15. The steak & shrimp were over done and the fried rice was terrible. The fried rice was an egg and rice that the chef burned- nothing else. The vegetables were limp and bland. Sushi was good. I have been going here for years because there were no other local choices for hibachi/sushi. Not anymore, the service is horrible and the food has gone down hill. We will not be back. Thank god for Aasaki!

Some of the best Japanese food in the country. Not the easiest place to get a reservation but always worth the wait!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars50 minute wait...: My husband and I made reservations for a party for four. Our reservations were set for 8:30. When we arrived we were told that it would be "a few minutes". We ordered drinks and waited for 50 minutes after being told 3 times that it would be "just a few minutes". Finally at 9:20 we left. We walked right by the hostess stand and she did not respond to the fact that we were leaving.
I can't imagine that any food would be this good to put up with this kind of service.
