After visiting Charlie Weavers on the 25th, my wife and I once again ventured there for dinner on Thursday evening, the 30th. My wife had the special, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, and I the filet special. The ribs were slightly smokey, juicy and very flavorful. I ordered my filet med-rare, which was cooked just the way I asked. We both enjoyed our meals completely. We decided to try desert and ordered a summerberry slice. Take my word for it ... it was DELICIOUS!!! Next time we are in the area, we will deffinately be back. Thanks!!!

I went to Charlie Weaver's after hearing it had a good atmosphere, as opposed to other 'dive bar' type establishments in the area. The menu selections were good, I decided on the NY Strip, rare, and my fiancee had the stuffed crab portebella and smoked salmon. The food was prepared to our liking, with no complaints on service. After dinner we had a few drinks at their bar, and were very entertained by their animated bartender- definitely made our night. The out-of-the-way location made Charlie Weaver's feel like our own newly discovered destination, while the family business aspect made it feel personal, like every customer was an old friend. I'd go again for sure, and recommend others to do the same.
