I should have turned these thieving scam artists into the Pennsylvania Department of Consumer Affairs or the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's Office for the stunt they pulled on my daughter. (They attempted to switch vehicles on her. I CAUGHT THEM RED-HANDED, BY PRINTING THE WINDOW STICKER TO THE VEHICLE MY DAUGHTER THOUGHT SHE WAS PURCHASING, ON MY PC, AND DISCOVERING THE VIN NUMBERS DID NOT MATCH UP!) For attempting a $235 rip-off, by switching 6 month old dead stock for a recent arrival, on a $34000 2008 Explorer, Mr. Coccia and his pirates lost not 1 new car sale, but 2 new car sales, as I was going to purchase a new truck that same day, when my daughters paperwork was completed. AVOID THESE OUTLAWS!!

This company doesn't deserve one star. They made buying a brand new car an absolute nightmare. I would suggest going to a different car dealership. They are extremely dishonest and sneaky!

Service Dept. horrible: It takes on average 3-4 days to get your car back and this was 3 different times. When you do get it back, it still isn't fixed. They told me my car was getting old and the asst. manager took it for a ride and said it was fine. I got it back, and it was still making the same noise I took it in for. A week later, I took it to an independent service station and they found the problem, wheel bearings, and fixed in on site in about 2 hrs. I will never go back again! They have no clue what they are doing. If you are looking to buy a car, don't choose a Ford.
