It is locally owned and besides the regualr movies, they also have a film fesitval with a mixture of foreign and art films that are not available in nearby theaters. They have a small cafe upstais and it is well maintained well attended.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: THE SAYRE THEATRE IS A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILIES TO GO. THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND PATIENT WITH EVERYONE.. I WISH THEY WOULD POST A WEEK OR TWO IN ADVANCE SO PLANNING CAN BE DONE...
