    they are cheap & rude to their customers: I can't stand cheap ignorant people and the people who work & own this donkin donuts we'll half of them are rude to you because they barely speak english and they think that your rude to them for not understanding them when they talk & Besides the point i had left something there accidently and i called the next day and had my receipt to show that i had bought it and left it there and they told me I was Iying and that I could not get what I left there in the frist place ! but i payed for it!!!!! & i'm a daily paying customer!!!! what kind of customer service is that!!!!!!!???

    SORRY I GO IN THIS PLACE DUNKIN DONUTS: WELL ONCE AGAIN I WENT IN TO THE DUNKIN DONUT SHOP IN SOUDERTON AND WISHED I HAD NOT.
    THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE OVERNIGHT IS A REAL TERROR.
    I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WORKS IN A PUBLIC PLACE IF SHE HAS SUCH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.
    WHEN SHE PUT MY MUFFIN IN THE BAG THIS MORNING, SHE DID IT WITH SUCH FORCE THAT THE MUFFIN WENT THROUGH THE BAG AND LANDED ON THE FLOOR, NOT ONLY IS SHE MISERABLE BUT ONE OF THE MOST UN-FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING IN FIELD.
    THERE HAVE BEEN QUITE A FEW TIMES WHEN I HAVE SEEN HER BEHIND THE COUNTER I JUST PULL BACK OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND GO TO WAWA.
    SHE SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER AND PUT IN THE BACK TO MAKE THE DONUTS.
    SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOT OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NOT COMING IN TO BUY FROM DUNKIN AND BASKIN.
    THIS WAS WRITTEN MANY TIMES BUT NOT SENT, TODAY I AM SENDING IT. 10-30-2006
