I discovered this bakery years ago. I own a business where I have opportunity to eat a lot of food from caterers and bakers throughout the tri state area. I have eaten cakes and pastries from incredibly expensive 'so called' high end establishments and NONE compare to CP. CP is THE best bakery anywhere! I even recommend them to my clients. Each and every time, whether the item is for me personally or my clients, I am never disappointed and get rave reviews. Mike has even made some custom mousse creations for some of my clients. So even if it's not on his menu, he can make anything, just ask! From cakes, to bars to pies, you can't go wrong. Oh, and I made the mistake of ordering my own wedding cake from a high end foo foo baker in the area and was so very disappointed. I should have known better, and have since learned my lesson. You can get every one of your bakery needs met by CP. TIP - my fav is his choc chip white cake (not quite pound, but not 'regular' white cake either) with choc mousse filling and choc butter cream icing! OMG - YUM!!!
