User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe had heard about the Golden Eagle for many years but only recently had the opportunity to give it a shot -- it lives up to the hype.
The meals are delicious and contain generous portions at reasonable prices. I ordered one of my favs, an open faced turkey sandwich. It came with a large, fresh salad, soup and the main course had the open faced sandwich (perfect) with mashed potatoes and a side vegetable (unlimited cranberry).
But more than an 'average' order like a turkey sandwich, the menu is outstanding and diverse. My wife had a delicious seafood platter, with crab, flounder and shrimp. All prices were pretty cheap, and service was top notch.
Most diners are default restaurants if a 1st choice is unavailable -- not the Golden Eagle. Highly recommended.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy opinion: I just wanted to let everyone know that if you decide to dine here, you won't go home hungry. Their portions for their entree's are more than enough and also include soup and a large salad and cheese and cinnamon breads. I have dined her alot and definately reccomend this restaurant.
