They have the worst customer service in the sales and service department. what more do you want me to say.
Recently I shopped at this dealership for my retirement Series 3 convertable. I was on the dealership lot and showroom for more than 30 minutes. I was shocked when no one even inquired or made an attempt to assist a potential buyer. I even sat in a convertable in the showroom with the top down for several minutes, still no sales rep bothered to at least ask why I was there. What this dealership did not know was that I was a cash buyer, with checkbook in hand and ready to deal and buy that day. Their loss, now I will use the internet to deal with other potential BMW dealers. I may even take advantage of the BMW european sales program! If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can imagine how they treat service customers.
Can't get any worse: Their service department is absolutely awful. It's not that they do a bad job, but my car is new, so it doesn't need any complicated service. What I'd expect is efficiency which they totally lack: there are huge waits for appointments, for returning phone calls, and for completion of straight-forward jobs (more than once I brought my car in at 7:30am and the job wasn't done by the end of the day), What I'd also expect is courtesy and effort to make you feel taken care of (after all, you are paying them much more than your average garage), which is again absent. I've stopped going to them.
