    A truly professional experience. They have very competitive rates and make all lending decisions locally. I have referred many people to them. It is always a very pleasant and efficient closing.

    A horrible experiance! Were very friendly and optimistic about me getting a mortgage. This woman I won't say her name, kept me thinking for more than a month that I was almost guaranteed a loan. One day she called and said her underwriter declined me for the loan. Her whole attitude change toward me and to make things worse she called the people I was trying to buy from and said I wouldn't be able to get a loan from anyone. Twenty minutes later I was approved for a loan and one month later I have my home. Very unprofessional and fake do not use this company or I should say this woman.
