They were very low pressure and let us take our time in making a decision. We would reccomend them to anyone looking for a nice vehicle at a fair price. I love my BMW M3!! The Sales Manger Al was extremely courteous and took his time to work with us. Thanks S&S Auto Sales!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE!!! I went on a Friday looked at a car, I told the Salesmen I want to buy it right now & sat down to fill out all the paperwork with the Lead Salesmen, he said the Banks were closed so he will get in touch with them 1st thing in the morning & when all is clear I can come sign the final papers & take the car home. Everything went through at the bank so I called to see when I could pick up the car.... The guy was kinda blowing me off & stalling. I had a bad feeling. 4 hrs later he called me & said "sorry but he forgot to put a SOLD sign on the car & accidentally sold my car to someone else in the meantime." Needless to say I am a disgruntled customer. I saw online a week later they got another car similar to the one I was supposed to buy & was shocked that after what they did to me, they didn't even have the decency to give me a call & say "Sorry about what happened, but we have another car you might be interested in". I am so very disappointed on the way they handled everything... I do not recommend them as a trustworthy dealership. Very unprofessional in my experience!

In response to this review: The customer never said he actually wanted to buy the vehicle. He said he wanted to see what type of financing I could get for him. Saturday I called him and told him he was approved and he said, âhe was checking with his credit union for a better rate.â At no time did the customer offer to leave a deposit, for me to hold the car. Monday morning a customer came in to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately the customer had to check with his wife before he could actually commit to buying the vehicle. I apologized to the customer for the miscommunication but he was not very understanding, and I assumed he didn't want to do business with us in the future. So when we acquired a similar vehicle we did not call him because of his inability to accept that it was his lack of action that resulted in him losing the vehicle.
