User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have to agree, they duped me out of money too, then after several complaints, they refunded me a "pro-rated" rate. I am wondering if they think they are a cell phone company charging cancellation fees. I just got back on line today, when I signed up with Verizon, they told me they re-sell their service. What a surprise. Why pay them for Verizon, buy direct and save like I did. Thanks for refunding 9 months of service when I paid for 12. LOSERS!

Stay clear of this company. They have the rudest customer service that I have ever encountered. They also charge your credit card on file without your permission, and try to talk their way out of an explanation.

Worst company in the Lehigh Valley. STAY AWAY !! Like a bunch of used car dealers. How they are still in business I have no idea.
