    I had a great experience at two different Keenan shops on two different occasions. Both staffs were very friendly and knowledgable and handled my claims 100%. They give you a lifetime warranty and stand by it. They are also very involved with their communities. I have sent four people there over the last 2 years and they have all had a great experience. If you want your car to look like it did before the accident and if you want a shop to back up their repairs, then trust me and go to Keenan Auto Body. Anyone of their locations will more than satisfy you and make the bad experience of having an accident seemless and less tramatic.

    BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IN MY LIFE!

    $5000 later my car still does not LOOK right or FUNCTION correctly.

    My insurance company no longer reccommends them as a direct repair shop... and by the advice of my insurance company, I was told to file a lawsuit.

    Cons: Incompetent staff, dishonest managers
    Pros: There are NONE
