    This is just great! Go to a web site for dinner reviews in Southeastern Pennsylvania and get a funeral home listing that people are ranking, commenting and rating as a hotel! In Chicago! If this "Hotel" is advertised as a funeral home, and these people stayed there and complain about the service, they should read the fine print. Most of their satisfied customers are dead and can't post reviews and no longer require good service, good elevators, internet access, restaurants or big lobbies! And the owner is actually correct. He shouldn't talk to his customers! It seems to me that this "Hotel" actually wants its customers to be quiet, get into their bed and plan on a long uninterupted sleep.
