    Jeff is the BOMB!!! He's the best !!!! He is kind and gentle with my dogs and he listens and talks to both to his 4 legged and 2 legged patients. Plus he has a sense of humor.

    If it wasn't for an accident that my vet appointment was switched from Dr. Orsher to Dr. Berman, I probably would've left Ft. Washington Vet Hospital after my first visit. Dr. Berman was a god-send! He is the most compassionate, understanding and thorough veterinarian I've ever had. Prior to my moving to the area, I had been with my vet for over six years and loved her. Dr. Berman never makes you feel like your stupid or uses big words to make himself sound "highly educated." He speaks to you with compassion, he has a terrific bedside manner and he educates you on whatever it is you want to know. My dog was really sick and he went through every possible problem it could be linked to. He's very hands-on with the animals and really shows his love of his career, which is important. Whenever you have a question, he's on the phone calling you back or doing his own research on his own time to figure out the answer if he doesn't know it. And if he doesn't know, he'll tell you.

    I really wish that the other vets would take a lesson from Dr. Berman. It's more important to be compassionate and understand your client - this keeps you coming back as a client. Sadly, I can not say the same for the other three vets in the practice (whom I personally feel need to retire).

    Excellent!: I saw Dr. Berman today to treat my 16 year old cat. He answered all of my questions quite happily -- for the first time EVER I left the office feeling very good and not having a single nagging doubt in the back of my mind. He was thoughtful and easy-going, the staff was obviously very comfortable with him, and best of all - he cuddled and praised my cat. You know there is no joy like seeing someone adore your beloved, and he really gave my "baby" everything I couldn't asked for. I can not recommend Dr. Berman highly enough!
