    Love the food: I love the food at Michael's, especially the french fries. YUM! I agree with the others, though, that the wait staff is not very professional.

    Unhappy wait staff: The wait staff can often be found arguing with each other or yelling across the room at each other. It is very unprofessional. The waitresses seem very unhappy which leads me to believe there is a management problem. If there is a problem with the food you are treated as if it is your fault. When you pay your bill, the cashier barely acknowledges you. I could go on. The wait staff arguing is the worst offense. This happened on more than one occasion. My husband and I now eat at the Blue Bell Diner in Blue Bell or Bonnet Lane Family Restaurant in Abington. Our dining experiences there have been very satisfactory.
