    He is a good Doctor overall. The problem is that you may have to wait well over an hour in his waiting room. I feel this is poor business as they are scheduling too many patients. I actually had to leave after waiting for 90 minutes. His office staff could use some training on customer service skills.

    Dr. Silver is very nice.: Dr. Silver is a very nice doctor. Very good at diagnosing problems. The office staff is very good at helping when you need referrals at the last minute. The only problem is that he always happens to be on vacation when my husband gets sick. But that's not his fault. This is a great office.

    Very pleasant all around: I have to saythat Dr. Silver is one of the most pleasant and down-to-earth doctors I've met. Takes his time, never seems rushed. I've never had a negative interaction with the office staff- they've been fine.
