Purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy this past Spring and not even 2 days later, one of the tires went flat, I took it back and was promised 'new' tires. When I got to the dealership to pick the truck up, I told the manager and sales person the tire looked old and use, but they assured me it was new, the next day I woke up to go to work and guess what a FLAT tire. I took it to Sears and they told me 1. The tire was older than the truck itself, 2. The tire was dry-rotted. I replaced both of the front two tires and called and spoke to the manager the very next day and told him and he tells me, "Well service checked the tire out and everything was fine."
Than a month later the check engine light came on and the car was stalling and wouldn't take off, so back to the dealership and it ended up costing me over $200+, once again I called the manager and told him what was going on and he asked me why didn't I bring it back to their shop??? The truck wouldn't make it!! AND if service couldn't tell me that my tire was dry-rotted what makes them think they were going to give me the correct diagnoses, sorry no, I didn't trust the truck going back there.
I wouldn't recommend anybody going there to get a car/truck and if you MUST go there make sure 1. You purchase a car-facts, 2. call the previous dealerships listed on the print out, 3. purchase a OBD scanner and scan your vehical right on the spot.
I have recently purchased a car from Peruzzi, and I was not satisfied with the fact that I was taken advantage of. Being a first time car buyer I was unprepared when I visted their showroom. First time car buyers should keep a good grip on their checkbook and please ask for the Kelly Blue Book value of the vehicle you are about purchase. Peruzzi car dealers will up the price by $4,000 or $5,000 without blinking. They show preferrential treatment to people of a certain persuation. They treat some of their customers a whole lot better than they treat others. I don't know if it is like this at other dealerships, but I know what to expect from Peruzzi. So first time buyers and people of a certain ethnic background, beware of the salesman who is smiling in your face, because he will be the same one stabbing you in the back. PEACE OUT!!!
FORCED TO PAY $250 FOR A FREE RENTAL!!: I purchased a vehicle from Peruzzi 9/05 and I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle from the start. My vehicle was in service for two weeks while they attempted to correct a stalling problem while under warranty. They supposedly rented me a car for the excessively long(2-weeks) time the car was in service only to deny the charges 2 months later and leaving me to pay over $250 in rental car fees since my Credit card was on file with the rental agency. Upon discussing the issue with the service manager he denied ever claiming to accept the charges which was a lie, regardless of the fact the work order stated Peruzzi would pay for the rental. This dealership employs some very unprofessional people in their service Dept. begining with the service manager do not buy a vehicle from this place unless your positve your car will not have problems, but who can say that?

I'm sorry to hear this review. I had a Pontiac that was always serviced at Peruzzi. Never have I paid for my rental. My family has always bought cars and had them serviced at Peruzzi for the last decade. I just bought my second car from them at a steal. I would definitely recoment their staff as professional and courteous.
