Courtyard, field, and park across the street for kids to play in. A good mix of families, students, and elderly people. Coin laundry in basement. Short walk to the North Hills train station. Manager has a somewhat abrasive personality, but the maintainance men are nice. You can hear the trains at night in some of the apartments. Reasonably priced for this area.
